Charter:

This Committee is responsible for maintaining the beauty of The Gardens and preserving the architectural integrity of the architect’s original design. 

The Architectural functions of this Committee establishes the architectural control standards and generally keeps the community informed of these standards. The standards are not meant to stifle the imaginative or creative desires of the residents, but rather they assure the homeowners that protective restrictions are in effect that will help maintain the appearance and value of our property. No building or external alteration of any kind to any townhome may take place without prior written approval of this Committee.

The responsibility of the Building & Grounds function is to advise and assist the Board in preserving and enhancing the physical environment provided by the developer.
