"The Gardens of Sunnyvale" (GOS) is the Homeowners Association of our neighborhood of 250 townhomes located on La Mesa Terrace in Sunnyvale, in the heart of Silicon Valley. We are a diverse community of people that intentionally connects with one another via an email list and fun neighborhood events.
Our HOA's mission is to "Promote the health, safety, welfare, and interests of the owners and residents of The Gardens of Sunnyvale, and to preserve and enhance property values and the quality of life within the community."

Many thanks to Jenny Lin for arranging multiple different food trucks for our neighborhood! We've had a Pre-Hispanic food truck, Wetzel's Pretzels food truck, and Kona Ice snow cones truck.
It's nice to enjoy good food so near our homes, and run into neighbors while we're in line.

Do you know a good neighbor? (Like the one pictured above?) We are currently taking nominations for the Good Neighbor Award! This award is awarded twice a year by the HOA Board. Nominations can be submitted year-round by filling out through this form.

Thank you for coming to the BBQ and Pool Party in August 2024! Neighbors got to meet, greet, eat, and share advice and conversation. We also got a visit from local firefighters, and from the major of Sunnyvale himself!
